Air-end repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds
Integrated Air Solutions offers an air-end rebuild service for all makes and types of air compressors. This offers a more economical solution to new high-priced factory exchange air ends or factory-rebuilt units.
We guarantee that your air compressor will run smoothly and efficiently again.
All of our air-end overhauls include:
New gaskets
Bearing Change (Brass Cage)

Seal replacements
Removal and repair of rotors
Removal and rebuild of oil pump
Removal of and rebuild of inlet valve
Metalizing of shafts, if needed
End plate repair, if needed
Polishing of rotors
We can also service the drive motor, “clean & bake” the windings, and install new seals and bearings on direct-drive units.
All rebuilds come with a 1 year warranty.
All stripping, testing, engineering and rebuilding is performed at our service centre in Boksburg.
